Fayette Flyers of Georgia © 2012-2013
The Fayette Flyers of Georgia is an AMA sanctioned Radio Control model airplane club (charter 1867) currently of about 60 families. We enjoy all areas of model aviation and welcome anyone interested in pursuing their dreams of RC flight. We are a diverse group who are actively engaged in training. We also participate in school youth mentoring programs and are usually available for demo flights.
Our club has 5 AMA National champions in Electric and Pure Sailplane. We also have a few (though they will never tell) that still have a little to learn, age is no boundary, making this a wonderfully fun group of people to be with.
We are the originators and sponsors of SEFF, the largest Electric Flight Festival in the region, and visited by people across the nation.
With this community co-mingled group comes a return with active community service. Each year the Fayette Flyers make a charitable donation voted upon by it's members.
