March 2005 Meeting

The meeting was called to order at 7:32PM.
There were 6 members present.

Officer Reports :

Secretary - 16 additional pilots have sent in renewals.
The club charter package has been finished and sent off to the AMA.

Treasurer - Misc. SEFF expenses and income. Our balance sits at [doing well active club members can ask David].

Vice Pres - Absent

President - Absent

New Business : No new business, everyone is in Toledo for the show.

Old Business : Still looking for a suitable indoor venue.

SEFF Report : Approximately [ask Jeff] in registration fees, the vendor mall is sold out
and we discussed getting a pager system to allow better frequency/
transmitter control. Since the majority of the cost was going to be
carried by a sponsor it was agreed to purchase the units.
